Richfield Ventures Corp. would like to take this opportunity to address concerns with the volatility in the stock markets and its effects on Richfield's share price.

As some of you may or may not know, the TSX Venture exchange has been in a decline since May 2007. This has put downward pressure on all stocks listed on the exchange especially in the Junior mining sector. When things stabilize (and they will) rationality will return.

During the past year Richfield has been exploring its mineral tenures throughout British Columbia and has been active in promoting the company in the investment community. We want to reassure you that we have been taking proactive steps to develop a strategy which will help to improve Richfield's share value, exploration activities, marketing and investor relation programs as we come out of this turmoil.
