Vancouver, B.C. – January 8, 2008 - Dajin Resources Corp. ("Dajin") (DJI-V: TSX) (FRANKFURT: "C2U") is pleased to report that the Private Placement announced on December 10, 2007 has closed. A total of 1,635,000 flow-through Units at a price of $0.45 per unit and 625,000 non-flow-through Units at a price of $0.32 have been subscribed for, with total proceeds realized of $935,750. Each unit consists of one common share of Dajin and one half of one non-transferable one year share purchase warrant. Each full warrant allows the holder thereof to purchase 312,500 common shares of Dajin at a price of $0.50 for the non-flow-through units and 817,500 common shares at $0.75 for the flow-through units if exercised on or before December 22, 2008. A finder’s fee of 25,000 units at $0.45 per unit consisting of one share and one-half of one warrant exercisable at $0.75 per share for a period of one year and $11,250 was paid in respect to this financing. The warrants contain an acceleration clause that requires the exercise of the warrants within 30 days of notification in the event Dajin’s shares trade at $0.85 or better for 20 consecutive days. The 2,260,000 common shares issued pursuant to this financing are subject to a hold period expiring April 21, 2008.

The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to explore and develop Dajin’s gold and copper/gold porphyry projects in the Cariboo Mining District and zinc project in the Nelson Mining District in British Columbia and for general working capital.

In the Nelson Mining District Dajin holds a 100% interest in 27 mineral claims in the Ymir region, 50 kilometers northeast of the Trail smelter, in south eastern British Columbia. A 15 hole drill program has been completed on the Oxide Oscar Project. Dajin is currently awaiting assay results.

Dajin holds a 100% interest in 29 mineral claims in the Spanish Mountain region adjacent to Skygold Ventures Ltd’s (SKV-V) Spanish Mountain Property, a 70/30 Joint Venture agreement with Hawthorne Gold Corp. (HGC-V) in the Eureka Peak region where Dajin’ also owns a 100% interest in 20 mineral claims on which an extensive soil sampling program was completed by Dajin in preparation for a future drill program. Both properties are being explored for sediment hosted gold deposits.

Dajin holds a Joint Venture agreement with Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (CRB-V) whereby Dajin has the right to earn a 65% interest in 32 mineral claims in the Horsefly region in the Cariboo Mining District in south central British Columbia where an 8 hole drill program has been completed on the Cowtrail Project. Dajin is currently awaiting assay results.

Earlier this year, NovaGold Resources Inc. (NG-T) completed a drill program on their Shiko Lake claims adjacent to Dajins’ property and south east of Imperial Metals, Mt. Polley Mine property. More recently Fjordland Exploration Inc. (FEX-V) completed a drill program on the Woodjam claims southeast of Dajin’s Cowtrail claims.
